F&B senior consultant with more than twenty years of experience in the UAE and MENA region.
Bassel managed major local and international F&B franchises and concepts. He is also a food safety approved trainer and certified for ISO 22000 internal auditor training as well as Food Hygiene Level 4 International Qualification.
Bassel is a Football addict, volleyball, food and travel lover.
He is leading the hospitality support department and expansion plan of Protocol Food Consultancy.


Riwa A. Chidiac

Managing Partner - Clinical Dietetics, Food Science & Technology - AUB Lebanon

Senior food safety, quality and health & safety specialist and technical consultant expert who leads training workshops. Riwa is also a clinical dietician and nutrition advisor.
With over a decade of experience in the region and multiple qualifications in her fields, Riwa is an approved and international trainer / consultant in the UAE and MENA region and she is called upon by both local as well as international training and auditing institutions for her expertise.
Travel, reading, tennis, and painting are what Riwa loves to do during her free time.
Riwa is managing the technical aspects of Protocol Food Consultancy and handling the food safety management and quality systems implementation for our clients.
